DAY 1
ARRIVAL IN DELHI

After arrival at Delhi Airport, meet our DIH representative who’ll escort you to the one of our listed hotels in Delhi. Check-in at the hotel to relax in the cozy comfort of its room. Delhi the capital city of India is always alive with activity. You will be amazed to see colorful crowds moving through public places like markets. In the evening you may venture out to explore the pulsating nightlife of Delhi.Enjoy an overnight stay at the hotel in Delhi.

DAY 2
DELHI

After having your breakfast in the morning, leave for a full day sightseeing tour of Delhi. On the 2nd day of the tour, embark on a city tour of Delhi. The major tourist attractions scheduled for the day are Qutab Minar, Red Fort, India Gate, the Jama Masjid, Humanyun Tomb, President’s House, Lotus Temple and Chandni Chowk. In the evening revisit Red Fort to witness the impressive light and sound show. Enjoy an overnight stay at the hotel in Delhi.

DAY 3
DELHI - JAIPUR

Post breakfast, drive straight to Jaipur. Upon arrival, check-in at one our enlisted hotels. Jaipur is the capital of Rajasthan and is also called the Pink City. The reason for this is that most of the monuments in Jaipur are painted pink. Later in the day explore some other major tourist attractions of Jaipur including the Monkey Temple, Albert Hall Museum, and Birla Mandir. Evening to be spent as to your liking. DAY 4
JAIPUR

After having your breakfast in the morning, leave for exploring the various colors of this beautiful city, Jaipur. Jaipur is full of attractions that speak volumes about the glory of Rajputana kingdom. These attractions form a part of our itinerary and we start with visiting the Amber Fort which is tucked over a hill (reached via an elephant ride). Next we will be visiting the Jantar Mantar astronomical observatory, splendid Hawa Mahal built on the architectural principles of a natural cooling system and splendiferous City Palace and Jal Mahal. Enjoying the local treats like shopping, food and rickshaw ride are reserved for evening. Enjoy an overnight stay at the hotel in Jaipur.

DAY 5
JAIPUR - RANTHAMBHORE

Post breakfast, begin driving to the Ranthambhore national park. It is the world-renowned Ranthambhore National Park and Tiger Reserve. This former hunting ground of the Maharajas of Jaipur. The Ranthambhore National Park and Tiger Reserve is one of the biggest and most renowned national parks in Northern India. It is a major wildlife tourist attraction spot that has pulled the attention of many wildlife lovers and photographers. On reaching Ranthambhore, check-in at one of our listed resorts. After relaxing for a while set out to explore the rugged forests to get a glimpse of several species of animals in their natural habitat. Enjoy an overnight stay at the resort in Ranthambhore.

DAY 6
RANTHAMBHORE

All of Day 6 is for a wildlife safari-one in the morning and the other in the afternoon. Other wildlife species that you can spot during your safaris are Indian wild boar, Leopards, Striped Hyenas, Tiger, Sambar deer, Nilgai, Spotted deer and many more. The park is also home to as many as 272 species of birds. Enjoy an overnight stay at the resort in Ranthambhore.

DAY 7
RANTHAMBHORE - BHARATPUR

Today, after breakfast, begin driving to Bharatpur for Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary, currently known as Keoladeo National Park or Keoladeo Ghana National Park. On arriving, check- in to your hotel. The rest of the day is free for leisure activities such as enjoying a stroll around the nearby surroundings and admitting the lush greenery around you. Enjoy dinner and an overnight stay at the resort in Bharatpur.

DAY 8
BHARATPUR - AGRA

The morning of the 8th day is for enjoying bird watching during a rickshaw ride inside this World Heritage Site where you may spot as many as 230 species of birds including Painted Stork, Great Egret, Common Parakeet, along with spotting other animal species. Afterwards, begin your drive to Agra, on the way stop to explore the old deserted Mughal capital of Fatehpur Sikri, a UNESCO world heritage site, once the Mughal capital. The city highlights some of the iconic structures of the Mughal era.

Later, drive towards Agra. On reaching Agra, check-in to the hotel. Later visit the Pearl Mosque and the tomb of Itamad-ud-Daula built by Empress Noorjehan in memory of her father. Another must watch architectural wonder, is The Red Fort that is frequented by hundreds of visitors every day. DAY 9
AGRA - GWALIOR

Begin this morning with an alluring view of the Taj Mahal during sunrise. Taj Mahal, one of the Seven Wonders of the World, is the most extravagant monument ever built. After exploring the epitome of love, return to the hotel for breakfast and then check out. Leave for Gwalior. Upon reaching Gwalior, check-in at one of our listed hotels. After resting and relaxing for a while, step out to visit the major tourist attractions of Gwalior covering Gwalior fort, Sas-Bahu temples and the Archaeological Museum. DAY 10
GWALIOR - KHAJURAHO

Post breakfast, straight drive to Khajuraho. India's most titillating town is famed far and wide for the erotic stone carvings that swathe Khajuraho’s three groups of World Heritage–listed temples. The Western Group of temples, in particular, contains some stunning sculptures that together make up some of the finest temple art in the world.

DAY 11
RANTHAMBHORE NATIONAL PARK

Post breakfast, proceed on a guided tour to Khajuraho. Start driving towards the group of famous Chandela dynasty temples. These temples are known worldwide for their spectacular, erotic sculptures and carvings depicting verses from the Kamasutra. The Western Group of Temples dedicated to Lord Shiva and Lord Vishnu includes the Kandariya Mahadeo temple, the Matangesvara Temple , the Lakshmana Temple, and the Varaha Temple. DAY 12
RANTHAMBHORE - JAIPUR

Post breakfast, begin driving to the Bandhavgarh National Park. Known for its highest density of tiger population in India, this national park is also a breeding ground for various species of deer and leopards. Once you arrive at the national park, complete the check-in formalities at the resort. In the afternoon, post lunch, indulge in wildlife viewing during a jungle safari. DAY 13
BANDHAVGARH

The morning and afternoon of day 11 is for wildlife spotting at the park. During your safari, you may spot the numerous animal and bird species such as Wild Boar, Jackal, Fox, Muntjac, Black faced langurs, Porcupines, Hyenas, Vipers, Cobras, Red Wattled Lapwing, White Breasted Kingfisher etc. Enjoy an overnight stay at the resort in Bhandhavgarh.

DAY 14
BANDHAVGARH - KANHA

Today, begin driving to Kanha National Park. Once you reach Kanha, complete the check-in formalities at your hotel. This national park is the inspiration behind the “Jungle Book”, a well-known novel by Rudyard Kipling. The rest of the day is free for leisure activities- enjoying a nature walk, admiring the surrounding lush greenery etc. Enjoy an overnight stay at the resort in Kanha.

DAY 15
KANHA NATIONAL PARK

Day 15 is booked for a morning and an afternoon wildlife safari into the park. This park is home to a large population of Barasingha (Swamp Deer), also referred to as ‘Jewel of Kanha’. During the safari, you spot a variety of wildlife including Tiger, Sloth Bear, Wild Boar, Gaur, Hyena, Indian Wolf, Indian Porcupine, Flying Squirrel, Greater False Vampire and etc. Enjoy an overnight stay at the resort in Kanha.

DAY 16
KANHA – JABALPUR – DELHI (BY TRAIN)

After breakfast at the resort, begin driving towards the Jabalpur railway station to board an overnight train to Delhi. Enjoy in overnight train journey.

DAY 17
DEPARTURE FROM DELHI

On arrival in Delhi, get an assisted transfer to your pre-booked hotel. Spend the day at leisure in doing the activities of your interest or simply relaxing in your room. Post dinner, get transferred to the Delhi airport to catch the flight for onward destination. The tour ends with the sweet memories with Delightful India Holidays.
