ITINERARY
Day 1 : TRIVANDRUM – KOVALAM
After arriving at the Trivandrum airport, get in touch with our tour representative and get an assisted transfer to Kovalam. Kovalam Beach is a combination of three beaches – Lighthouse Beach, Samudra Beach and Hawa Beach. After arriving at Kovalam, check-in at an Ayurvedic resort. Complete the check-in formalities and meet the expert Ayurveda physicians at the resort. They will suggest therapies, massages and diet based on your body type. After this, you can spend the rest of the day at the resort as you like. Explore the retreat and enjoy the facilities.

Day 2 : KOVALAM
Your day starts with a rejuvenating Yoga and meditation session. Afterwards, enjoy an Ayurvedic rejuvenation massage with natural herbal oils and ingredients. Spend the afternoon at your own leisure. You can also choose to explore the city of Kovalam at your free time.

Day 3 : KOVALAM
Enjoy a Yoga and meditation session in the morning. In the afternoon, treat yourself to a rejuvenating Ayurvedic massage. This is followed by a lunch and sightseeing tour of Trivandrum. Day 4 : KOVALAM
Relax and rejuvenate in the morning with Yoga, meditation and an Ayurvedic massage. Spend the afternoon as you like. In the evening, enjoy a houseboat cruise on the Thiruvallam backwaters. You will also visit a traditional Kerala home on the way along with a Parshuram Temple.

Day 5 : KOVALAM
